Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Impact Wealth Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and advisors in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process client account opening documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process and track asset/money movement requests, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring timely completion.
  • Adhere to strict compliance procedures and regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Provide exceptional client service, communicating effectively via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage client files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our electronic file system.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and composing correspondence.
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree and/or 1+ years of experience in a financial industry setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
What We Offer
  • Part-time position with 20 hours per week.
  • Competitive hourly rate of $20-$28 per hour, depending on experience.
