Key Responsibilities- Internal Communications Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement internal communications plans and tactics that drive measurable results
- Interpret and effectively communicate business decisions and strategies to ensure employee understanding and engagement
- Lead communications efforts for sensitive issues, including significant change initiatives
- Technology Solutions Development and Maintenance
- Articulate business requirements for creative and cost-effective solutions that enable the Comms Team to deliver digital and print communications to internal audiences
- Develop and maintain content management system protocols, style guides, and content archival protocols
- Employee Engagement and Experience
- Identify internal storytelling opportunities and develop and share people stories that engage employees and illustrate our company culture principles in action
- Develop and execute internal communication plans and tactics that drive measurable results
- At least five to seven years of relevant experience in communications, preferably in a corporate setting
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field
- Experience working with leaders at all levels to develop and implement strategic communications initiatives
- Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
- Experience writing for a variety of media and channels
- Experience developing and executing internal communication plans and tactics that drive measurable results
- Experience developing strategies for intranet content, digital newsletters, digital boards
- Working knowledge of web technologies, content strategies, and trends
- Demonstrated experience planning, managing, and/or leading complex projects or initiatives
