Job Overview

Position Summary:

As an eCommerce Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries from eCommerce clients. Your primary focus will be to provide updates on order statuses, investigate item discrepancies, and manage client inquiries to mitigate potential service challenges. Effective communication with internal teams will be essential, utilizing various platforms such as email, collaboration tools, and proprietary software.

This position requires diligent management of company resources while upholding the esteemed Hermes brand. You will engage in daily operations that support online sales strategies and customer service excellence, ensuring adherence to established protocols and accuracy in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Logistics eCommerce Team and Client Relations Center in resolving client order escalations by:
  • Identifying return merchandise for swift processing and decision-making regarding customer shipments
  • Investigating order rejections and shipment inconsistencies
  • Utilizing trouble ticket software to document and track inquiries
  • Managing approved reshipments and client returns
  • Processing transfer shipment requests
  • Facilitating cancellations of eCommerce client orders
  • Assisting in the physical inspection and processing of return orders
  • Participating in inventory management activities
Technical Proficiencies:
  • SCALE WMS, Magento, Cegid, Microsoft Office Suite, Docuware, JIRA
Candidate Profile:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics or customer service
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
