Position Summary:

As the eCommerce Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support for eCommerce client inquiries, contributing to the efficiency of the Corporate eCommerce Department and Client Relations Center (CRC).

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing timely updates on order statuses for client eCommerce purchases.
  • Conducting thorough research on item errors and discrepancies, ensuring accurate resolutions.
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders through various channels, including email and proprietary software applications.
This position requires meticulous handling of company assets and products, reflecting the high standards of the Hermès brand. You will be accountable for daily tasks that support internet sales initiatives and customer care requirements, ensuring all work is performed accurately and in compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Logistics eCommerce Team and Client Relations Center by:
  • Assisting in the identification and processing of return merchandise for expedited resolutions.
  • Investigating order rejections and shipment discrepancies, documenting findings through appropriate applications.
  • Utilizing JIRA software to track and manage client inquiries, providing clear documentation and status updates.
  • Coordinating approved reshipments and managing the processing of client returns using cloud-based software.
  • Facilitating the movement of goods between warehouse locations as directed.
  • Participating in annual inventory checks and assisting with the processing of client return orders.
  • Completing additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Software Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with SCALE WMS, Magento, Microsoft Office Suite, and JIRA.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, including internships or similar roles.
  • High School Diploma required; BS or BA preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
