Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to Terex safety protocols and procedures
  • Promote and embody The Terex Way Values
  • Service a diverse range of equipment, including truck-mounted aerial platforms, digger derricks, and cranes
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Manage personal schedule while providing customer support for repairs
  • Leverage current technology to facilitate daily operations

Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic mechanical toolset (sockets, wrenches, battery-operated impact gun)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with heavy machinery or utility equipment
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
  • 2+ years of field service experience
  • Must reside within a specified distance from the work location
  • Capability to obtain DOT qualifications
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks and drug screenings

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years in a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Familiarity with utility-type equipment
  • Fluid Power Society certification

Comprehensive Knowledge of Terex Products:
  • Experience with Hi-Ranger, Telelect
  • Familiarity with JLG or Genie equipment
  • Basic computer proficiency

Work Environment Considerations:


Candidates must be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings, and be on the road several nights per week.

Physical requirements include the ability to climb ladders, maneuver around vehicles, and tolerate various weather conditions.

Must be capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40 lbs.


Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role ranges from $32 to $42, determined by factors such as education, experience, and certifications.
