Nursing Leadership Role: Expert Caregiver

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Director to join our team at 5 Star Recruitment. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead our nursing department.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a current, unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing. Prior experience in Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health leadership is highly valued, particularly those with expertise in Inpatient settings.
This position comes with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
