**Job Summary:**

The Patient Care Leader is responsible for overseeing patient care, developing policies and procedures, and leading a team of nurses. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills, as well as a passion for patient care and teamwork.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide leadership and support for nursing teams

+ Oversee patient care, ensuring quality and safety protocols are met

+ Collaborate with physicians and management to optimize patient flow and outcomes

+ Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care and teamwork

**Requirements:**

+ Current Washington or Multistate RN license

+ BLS & ACLS certifications

+ 2 years of RN experience in acute care setting, preferably in a leadership role

+ Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills

+ Passion for patient care and teamwork

$58.88 - $88.32 per hour plus differentials, with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off.
