Job Description
  • Ensure effective case/cost management by coordinating services and resources.
  • Monitor and resolve escalated large claims issues, collaborating with various stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between referral sources, physicians, and members to coordinate care and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in nursing with at least 3 years of experience in an acute care setting.
  • An Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • An active Registered Nursing license within the state of practice.
