About the Role

The Reliability Program Manager is a critical position at Mark Anthony Group, responsible for developing and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

This role will work collaboratively with the plant team to support key performance indicators (KPIs) through a well-planned and executed maintenance program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards, improving safety programs, and promoting asset reliability and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance processes that promote asset reliability and quality
  • Perform root cause analysis of equipment failure and develop plans to prevent recurrence
  • Analyze cost-risk and equipment history data to define predictive maintenance intervals
  • Write job plans to support total productive maintenance systems
  • Develop team competency in reliability system practices through coaching and education
  • Maintain regular contact with equipment manufacturers and vendors to stay current on new technologies and best practices
  • Collaborate with the maintenance planner and scheduler to ensure effective maintenance execution
  • Develop and report KPIs relevant to preventative and predictive maintenance compliance and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or implementing TPM/RCM
  • Prior experience with CMMS/EAM implementation preferred
  • Technical writing skills, including interpreting OEM drawings and documents
  • Lean, 5S, and root cause analysis methodology experience
  • Knowledge of TPM/Maintenance Excellence programs, including Asset Management, Breakdown Analysis, FMEA, and Reliability Centered Maintenance
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Safety-oriented and able to interpret blueprints and engineering documents
