Job Overview

The Pappas Agency is a leading insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Senior Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Estimated Salary: $75-150K per year (based on performance and industry standards).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales leads, develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry developments, product offerings, and regulatory requirements to ensure the best possible solutions for clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Insurance License: Obtain and maintain a valid insurance license.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
