- Take premium payments from customers and verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and generate insurance quotes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Create relationships from a cold start and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a good individual.
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent spelling and grammar skills.
- Great customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
