Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer policy change requests and handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
  • Take premium payments from customers and verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and generate insurance quotes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Requirements:
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Create relationships from a cold start and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a good individual.
  • Professional phone etiquette and excellent spelling and grammar skills.
  • Great customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
