We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Career Specialist - Sales and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a State Farm independent contractor agent, marketing only State Farm insurance and financial service products.



Your primary responsibility will be to educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process. This will involve working closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.



As an Insurance Career Specialist - Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, valuable experience, and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within our agency. You will also have the opportunity to work in a team environment, make presentations to potential customers, and effectively relate to customers.



To be successful in this role, you should have sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, excellent interpersonal skills, and be enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. You should also be self-motivated, detail-oriented, dedicated to customer service, and take pride in getting work done accurately and timely.

Estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors. We offer a competitive compensation package, including hourly pay plus commission/bonus, to ensure that our team members are fairly compensated for their hard work and dedication.



Requirements


  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
