Job Title: Global EHS Program Manager

The Global EHS Program Manager will play a critical role in driving business strategy and growth for HP's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to ensure HP's EHS programs align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EHS data and strategy initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage global EHS software and technology to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Oversee various programs supporting HP's growth and businesses across the globe, including audit and assurance, ISO 14001, ergonomics, general health and safety, environmental, research and development, training, and more.
  • Serve as a lead global EHS auditor, conducting audits at international HP sites.
  • Manage POs and budgets for a global team and serve as a liaison between global EHS and other business partners and vendors.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and provide overall program manager support for high-level projects.
Requirements:
  • First-level university degree in a related environmental, health, and safety science field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • CSP, CIH, or PMP professional designations highly preferred.
  • Typically, 5-10+ years of experience in a related field recommended.
