About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist to join our team in the Southeast region. As an EHS Consultant - Industrial Hygiene, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative industrial hygiene and OHS solutions, growing our business, and collaborating with world-class clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Blend technical EHS consulting with strategic business development to enhance client relationships and grow market presence.
  • Manage complex industrial hygiene programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly OSHA standards.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, audits, and risk assessments, driving continuous improvement in health and safety practices.
  • Mentor and potentially manage a team, fostering a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Support regional and national clients, with estimated 20% travel.
What We're Looking For
  • Expertise in industrial hygiene and a solid background in OHS and EHS, with 5-7 years of consulting experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or an EHS-related field.
  • Strong business acumen, proficiency in project or client management, capable of nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Open to travel (up to 50%).
