Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Region Manager to lead our Hospital Care sales team in the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, and Hawaii regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4-6 years of related experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including experience leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
