Position Overview

This role encompasses a variety of administrative and clerical functions, including calendar management, mail sorting, and general support duties. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee calendar management and schedule meetings or conference calls, demonstrating adept problem-solving skills to adjust priorities as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, establishing yourself as a reliable team resource.
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • Perform various clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, and filing.
  • Engage professionally with all levels of the organization and external clients.
  • Coordinate events for an office of over 20 employees, including holiday parties and team lunches.
  • Manage the procurement of office supplies, including breakroom necessities.
  • Assist with light cleaning duties in conference and break rooms.
  • Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Deliver plans to local agencies as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; some college education is preferred.
  • At least two years of relevant experience is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
