- Perform various clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, and filing.

- Coordinate events for an office of over 20 employees, including holiday parties and team lunches.
- Manage the procurement of office supplies, including breakroom necessities.
- Assist with light cleaning duties in conference and break rooms.
- Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Deliver plans to local agencies as required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; some college education is preferred.
- At least two years of relevant experience is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and excellent organizational capabilities.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
