- Manage inventory, finances, and personnel to optimize pharmacy performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
- Experience in pharmacy management, leadership, or a related field.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
