- Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and improve performance
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization
- Pharmacist in charge designation on pharmacy state license
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
