Job Overview

Position: Program Manager

We are excited to present a unique opportunity for a Program Manager at Cypress HCM, a leading firm in the multimedia and creative software sector. In this pivotal role within our Tech Partner Sales Organization, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our marketplace sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

This diverse position combines project oversight, sales-oriented enablement, and operational efficiency within the Marketplace to align seamlessly with our corporate objectives. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Partner Sales, Partner & Product Marketing, Product, and the Marketplace team, to implement significant projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketplace Sales GTM Program Management: Support the execution and refinement of the marketplace sales Go-To-Market strategy. Drive initiatives aimed at improving Partner Manager satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Marketplace program to ensure smooth processes.
  • Manage inquiries from the Marketplace Partner Sales mailbox to assist Partner Managers with deals and processes.
  • Represent the Marketplace team in cross-functional meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Tech Partner Sales Operations team to analyze sales and customer data, generating reports for strategic outreach campaigns.
  • Act as a Special Deal Desk Advisor for specific identified deals.
Sales Enablement:

Evaluate and update tech partner sales enablement programs to provide our Partner sales teams with essential tools, resources, and training to meet their targets effectively. This may involve revising sales playbooks and organizing training sessions.

Project Management:

Oversee multiple projects from initiation to execution and post-launch assessment.

  • Monitor progress against project milestones and ensure accountability for deliverables.
  • Schedule and lead program meetings while tracking action items.
  • Identify obstacles to successful program execution and escalate as necessary.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners for effective go-to-market delivery.
Stakeholder Communication:

Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all organizational levels. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Operational Efficiency:

Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency within the sales organization. Apply best practices and scalable solutions to boost productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Partner Sales, Marketing, Product, and Reseller teams to align on objectives and execution plans. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve shared goals.

Compensation:
  • Up to $59.86 per hour.
