Client Service Associate, Bilingual Japanese and English

The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint's success, responsible for delivering services to clients worldwide. As an Associate, you will focus on connecting clients with Advisors across various industries, researching relevant industries, and recruiting subject matter experts into our network.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze client research requests to identify relevant subject matter experts
- Recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network by effectively communicating their expertise
- Screen experts for suitability and create professional profiles for client consideration
- Operate with a teamwork mentality to build and maintain strong relationships with Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors
- High level of fluency in Japanese and English
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Annual base salary of $70,000
- Yearly bonus of up to $4,000 based on performance
