Patient Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Specialist to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA. As a key member of our Patient Access Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of patients through our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Manage patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification processes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely patient information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service or healthcare registration experience preferred
- Coursework or training in medical terminology or medical assisting a plus
