Davita, Inc. is seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
- Provide direct one-on-one patient care to ensure a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment experience.
- Build long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average 3 times a week, providing personalized care and support.
Requirements:
