Job Summary

Facilitates MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and construction projects. Ensures the successful execution of MEP-related tasks, from planning to completion. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement MEP project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and owners to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor MEP system performance to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
  • Prepare and review MEP-related documents, including plans, specifications, and reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential MEP-related risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and owners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in MEP systems and construction projects.
  • Proficient in CMiC, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of design build process and MEP systems.
  • Ability to play a key role in the Integrated Project Delivery process.
