Behavioral Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Soliant Education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and a passion for supporting students with behavioral needs. This full-time position is focused on providing behavioral support to K-6 grade students, working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop BIPs for students with behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement and monitor BIPs.
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies.
- Analyze data to track student progress and make necessary adjustments to BIPs.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in the relevant state.
- Experience working with K-6 grade students in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
