Position Overview:
In this role, you will provide critical support to students through assessments, counseling, and working with educators and families to promote academic, social, and emotional success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Assessments: Conduct assessments to address students learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- IEP Development: Work with IEP teams to develop individualized support plans.
- Counseling: Provide group and individual counseling to promote student growth.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers and families to foster student achievement.
- Mental Health Support: Advocate for student mental health, providing staff training as needed.
- Crisis Intervention: Participate in crisis response to ensure student safety.
Qualifications:
