Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective quality management
- Provide training and support to employees on compliance policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
