Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
- Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume fine dining restaurant and/or hotel environment
- Minimum 15+ years of cooking experience
- ServeSafe certification
- Ability to work on your feet for extended hours
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a particular attention to detail
- Strong knife skills and creativity in menu development
- Ability to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events, and holidays
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- $115-$125K Annual Salary + 20% Quarterly Bonus
