We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Nursing Consultant to join our team at Penn State University. As a Telehealth Expert, you will provide expert forensic nursing consultation during real-time sexual assault examinations via telehealth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert forensic nursing consultation during real-time sexual assault examinations via telehealth.
- Sign up for a combination of days, nights, weekends each month to fill schedule.
- Attend an initial virtual training and onboarding, followed by successful completion of individualized virtual trainings and practice telehealth consultations, as well as an in-person onboarding session.
- Access to high-speed internet and a confidential, quiet place within home/office to conduct the virtual consultation remotely is required.
Requirements:
- Show active SANE-P certification through the International Association of Forensic Nurses.
- Employment with the University for this job will require successful completion of the Pennsylvania (PA) Publicly Available Clearances: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and the FBI Criminal History Background Check.
