Rubenstein Law, P.A. is seeking a highly skilled Closing Legal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Pre-Litigation team, you will work closely with attorneys to handle cases in the Pre-Litigation phase, maintaining open communication with clients, providers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and confirm insurance coverage for medical bills, including PIP, WC, VA, and health insurance.
  • Communicate daily with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to gather necessary documents and information.
  • Negotiate bills and liens with medical providers and health insurance companies.
  • Review, upload, and process daily correspondence through our paperless software.
  • Attend client meetings with attorneys and prepare closing documents for review and signature.
  • Review closing documents with clients and facilitate settlement checks once documents are executed.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (plus other languages a plus).
  • One year minimum office experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work at a fast pace with a high volume of cases.
