As an Onsite Technical Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users, ensuring their desktops, laptops, and mobile devices are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated peripherals and software.
  • Perform break-fix, desk-side support, IMACDs, data migration, refreshes, and other technical tasks.
  • Provide onsite technical assistance to end-users, identifying potential issues and taking proactive steps to prevent them.
  • Manage the ticket queue, ensuring tickets are resolved and closed within the defined service level agreement.
  • Coordinate with vendors for provision of end-user support and perform end-user support related security and controls and compliance tasks.
  • Provide IT support for on-site or off-site events and meetings, including site setup and coordination with venue IT/AV contacts.
  • Provide IT support for disaster recovery and immediate response in emergency situations.
  • Provide on-call support if required outside business hours on a rotational basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one to three years of technical experience in providing quality services to end-users.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
