This role is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the Keurig Dr Pepper Facilities Team, including project management, event coordination, and vendor management. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, adaptability, and a team-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Project Management
    • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of small to medium-sized facilities projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
    • Organize project work plans, schedules, budgets, and approval processes, and execute with flexibility to meet changing needs and requirements.
    • Maintain reporting and tracking for facilities projects, and ensure evaluation and validation of completed projects.
  • Vendor Relationship Management
    • Facilitate and oversee vendor relationships at the Keurig Dr Pepper site, including printing, shipping & receiving, and foodservice.
    • Implement high-quality and cost-effective site services that add value by meeting the needs of employees and promoting business goals.
    • Ensure contract adherence, facilitate relationships, and ensure quality and performance standards are measured and met.
  • Space Planning Operations
    • Oversee space planning operations, including planning, coordinating, and executing personnel workstation/office assignment changes and modifications.
    • Maintain the central database system housing property floor plans, space configurations, furniture layouts, etc.
  • Departmental Communications and Content Creation
    • Coordinate departmental communications and content creation, including weekly occupant communications via email.
    • Develop, implement, and challenge test Standard Operating Procedures and policies for Keurig Dr Pepper Facilities, including processes for work requests, meeting rooms, business center, housekeeping, foodservice, moves/add/changes, and onsite events.
  • SharePoint Site Maintenance
    • Update and maintain the Keurig Dr Pepper Facilities SharePoint site, including a catalog of employee/public-facing policies and procedures, internal team sites, and contract management database.
  • Onsite Event Planning and Coordination
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite events, including coordination meetings with event hosts, compiling event plans, and assigning and scheduling resources.
    • Maintain onsite event schedule, and ensure Keurig Dr Pepper Facilities team resources are engaged and aware of their duties.
  • Logistics and Administrative Support
    • Provide logistics and day-to-day administrative support for capital, operating, and project budgets.
    • Partner with the Facilities Leadership Team to analyze past and current budget data, and drive continuous operational efficiencies, standardizations, and process improvements to maximize bottom-line value.
  • Supply Ordering and Facilities Satisfaction Survey
    • Order supplies for all Facilities work, business center, housekeeping, break rooms, meeting rooms, etc.
    • Develop and plan the Facilities Satisfaction Survey and implementation of improvements.
