The marketing director will serve as the primary representative of the organization, championing our core values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate strategies and tactics to enhance the company's reputation, generate qualified leads, and align with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing programs from inception to completion, utilizing internal resources and collaboration.
- Establish, conduct, and maintain data collection and reporting to evaluate and refine campaign and market entry strategies, complete with structured plans and tactics.
- Define marketing communication strategies, including advertising, public relations, and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with sales teams to establish selling strategies and tools that facilitate lead generation and opportunity growth.
- Manage and continuously improve the company's online presence.
- Identify, assess, and recommend participation in conferences and trade shows, coordinating all related activities.
- Oversee the creation and refinement of marketing materials for each product line, ensuring sufficient inventory to support sales efforts.
- Continuously gather, analyze, and apply intelligence on market trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and meticulously manage the marketing budget.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience leading diverse B2B marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in crafting marketing strategies, execution plans, and campaigns.
- Skilled in developing marketing collateral and sales tools.
- Experience in website design, development, and management, including oversight of web development contractors.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and customer relationship management tools.
- Expertise in online marketing and social media strategies, with a solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting methodologies.
- Experience in budget development and management.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual capable of achieving set goals with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of renewable technologies, energy efficiency, and sustainability concepts is preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate with leadership to achieve organizational objectives.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- An MBA is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong written and oral presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
