About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, CX Strategy to join our team at Merkle. As a key member of our customer experience strategy team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic omni-channel marketing plans that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Lead the development of customer experience strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to inform our approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer experience solutions that drive business results.
  • Measure and analyze customer experience metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, with a focus on customer experience and strategy.
  • 3+ years of experience working in an agency or consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer experience strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
