Admissions Process Coordinator

As a key member of our admissions team, the Admissions Process Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating aspects of the admissions process, ensuring seamless communication with referral sources and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle inquiry calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Process referrals for possible admission and verify patient information
- Communicate with referral sources and customers regarding the admissions process
- Register patients, verify insurance, and schedule evaluations
- Monitor bed board and perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, human services, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
Working Conditions: Indoor work environment with occasional exposure to noise
