Call Specialist for Admissions Team

**Job Summary:**
The Call Specialist for Admissions Team will be responsible for handling inbound calls, scheduling evaluations, and coordinating admissions processing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of our services, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:*
- Answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries about our services
- Scheduling evaluations and admissions processing
- Conducting patient observations and monitoring bed board status
- Performing non-clinical duties as assigned by admissions leadership
**Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, mental health, or a related field (LPN license also acceptable)
- At least one year of experience in human services, social services, psychiatric, mental health, or call center settings
- Excellent data entry and computer skills
**Salary:** $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience
