Job Title: Market Financial Center Manager

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a culture of risk management.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in a financial services environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with others.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs, including Microsoft Office.
