Program Director

The Price Center is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee residential services and community living programs. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the highest quality of care, and fostering a supportive environment.
Estimated Salary: $27.00/hourKey Responsibilities:- Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate financial records; ensure timely reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Supervise staff in managing petty cash, timesheets, and house budgets;
- Collaborate with SSI/SSA to maintain up-to-date information.
- Medical Support:
- Oversee medical protocols, medication administration, and documentation;
- Coordinate medical appointments, emergency responses, and eHana updates;
- Ensure compliance with DDS, MAP, and HCSIS guidelines.
- Staff Supervision and Development:
- Lead a team of staff members in providing individualized support and care;
- Conduct regular supervision sessions, training, and performance evaluations;
- Participate in hiring, orientation, and staff meetings.
- Community Engagement:
- Foster relationships with families, neighbors, employers, and service professionals;
- Organize recreational activities, transportation, and educational events;
- Ensure choice and autonomy for individuals.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Implement fire drills, safety inspections, and environmental hazard reporting;
- Ensure proper supervision, staffing ratios, and PPE use;
- Comply with universal contact, isolation precautions, and Fire Safety regulations.
- A minimum of three years' experience in direct care, including working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities;
- At least one year of management experience, with demonstrated teaching and training skills;
- MAP certification in Massachusetts, strong communication skills, and flexibility for early morning and evening shifts;
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to use personal or agency vehicles;
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
