MCR Hotels Sales Director Opportunity

Hyatt Place Miami Airport East is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be between $85,000 and $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize occupancy and ADR growth.
  • Oversee operations of the hotel sales department, including direct sales, follow-up, and staff management.
  • Supervise the sales team and ensure seamless execution of business booked.
  • Proactively develop action plans, conduct sales tours, and entertain clients.
  • Bilateral liaison with local community and industry organizations to promote the hotel's presence.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with other associates by fostering a harmonious working climate.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in hospitality or related fields.
  • Possess highly developed verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others and negotiate.
  • Thorough experience with professional selling skills: opening, probing, supporting, closing.
  • General database management knowledge.
  • Strong organization and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
