Chronos Consulting is representing a pioneering entity in the realm of public safety technology. This organization is at the forefront of developing advanced 911 cloud-based systems that facilitate real-time communication between citizens and emergency services.

We are in search of a strategic and innovative Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead the global marketing initiatives. This role is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

Position Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience as a CMO or in a comparable role within a complex SaaS B2B/B2G environment.
  2. Preferred background in the public safety software sector.
  3. A visionary leader with a blend of creative and analytical skills.
  4. Proven track record in formulating strategies and business plans encompassing all marketing dimensions.
  5. Product Marketing focused and technologically adept.
  6. Comprehensive understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  7. Extensive experience in leading global marketing teams, including recruitment, training, and employee motivation to achieve departmental objectives.
  8. The ideal candidate will exhibit self-motivation, resourcefulness, and a commitment to excellence.
  9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategy and vision.
  2. Articulate the organization’s messaging, value proposition, and mission.
  3. Drive revenue growth by enhancing sales through effective marketing across the organization.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and retention.
  5. Guarantee the organization’s message is effectively communicated across channels to targeted audiences to achieve sales goals.
  6. Oversee marketing communications, including branding, public relations, events, and support sales with timely and impactful content.
  7. Position the company as a thought leader within the Next Generation 911 community and the public safety sector.
  8. Conduct market and customer intelligence.
  9. Utilize marketing platforms to execute, measure, analyze, and optimize marketing programs and performance.
