About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Checkers & Rally's. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in executing the restaurant plan, achieving sales and profit goals, and providing excellent Guest and Team service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Sales and Profit Growth: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new team members, as well as providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team members are meeting performance expectations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, and that any issues or concerns are promptly addressed and resolved.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
  • Skills: Basic math skills, Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
