Job Summary

Papa John's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, sales, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has a positive experience by providing high-quality products and services.
  • Sales and Profitability: Manage sales goals and profitability by controlling costs, increasing sales, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably with Papa John's.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in cash handling and inventory management.
