The Cavco Family of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Sales Center, you will be responsible for overseeing all business processes and operations. This includes meeting with customers, inspectors, factory reps, and contractors to coordinate and schedule improvements to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Bilingual-Spanish is preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Evaluate PHV initial sales agreements against final finance documents
• Create final sales agreements to coincide with finance documents
• Conduct closings with customers, making changes to sales agreements as needed
• Gather additional lender required items for funding
• Coordinate projects with contractors, including project costing and vendor management
• Identify and recommend new vendors or eliminate poor quality vendors
• Provide management with evaluation reports and recommendations for process improvements
• Schedule and authorize service via factories or vendors for customer satisfaction and contract completion
• Communicate with dissatisfied customers and negotiate solutions
• Update deal tracking and deal status reports as needed
• Review and enter key information for commission payments
