We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Operations team as a Warehouse Operations Team Member. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of merchandise in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately count and record inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Quality Control: Inspect merchandise for damage or defects, and report any issues to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation, and to communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, with prior experience in a warehouse or related environment preferred.
