Job Overview

Our House Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and support for individuals receiving services in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide case management and monitoring of residential settings to ensure individuals receive excellent care and treatment.
  • Assist with orienting and training host home providers on the culture and values of Our House Inc.
  • Monitor services in residential settings to ensure individuals' needs are met and advocate for their rights.
  • Perform regular monitoring of services with home visits and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with outside agencies and professionals in the field.

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in a human service field or equivalent experience.
  • Must have experience working with individuals with disabilities, including seizure disorders and behavioral needs.
  • Must have knowledge of Colorado I/DD rules and regulations and previous IRSS case management experience.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
