We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at TFI Family Services. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in helping children thrive in safe home environments. Your primary responsibility will be to teach skills such as emotional regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication within families.
A Day in the LifeAs a Case Manager, you will work closely with families to develop plans and connect them with community resources. You will also advocate for improvements in the quality of their lives and support children in their growth and development within healthy family environments. Your work will be part of a team dedicated to strengthening families and achieving excellence in service, education, and advocacy.
