Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in weekly treatment team meetings and contribute to the development of client-centered care plans.
Requirements:
- AA or Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Behavioral Health.
- Drug and Alcohol Counseling Certification or Registration.
- 1-2 years of experience in addiction and mental health or equivalent human services work experience.
- Proficiency in KIPU Systems Resident Management Software.
