Key Responsibilities:
1. **Complaint Management:** Investigate, document, and resolve patient and visitor feedback, ensuring timely responses in accordance with established policies.
2. **Collaboration:** Work closely with healthcare professionals and management to address grievances and implement effective solutions that enhance patient satisfaction.
3. **Data Analysis:** Conduct monthly reviews of patient feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to leadership.
4. **Communication:** Prepare clear and professional correspondence to patients and staff regarding concerns and resolutions, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
5. **Training and Development:** Lead training sessions focused on customer service excellence for staff members, fostering a culture of empathy and responsiveness.

Qualifications:
- **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science or a related discipline.
- **Experience:** Minimum of three years in a healthcare or patient advocacy role, demonstrating a strong understanding of patient rights and healthcare regulations.
- **Skills:** Excellent communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.
