Job Overview:
The Customer Relations Professional will oversee the daily account management for Byrne clients. This role involves collaborating with clients to deliver product insights, technical assistance, and pricing information. The aim is to ensure exceptional satisfaction levels for all clients and prospective clients engaging with Byrne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both Consumer and Commercial accounts effectively.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients, occasionally participating in on-site visits and meetings.
- Provide internal support to enhance customer sales.
- Act as the customer service representative for Byrne clients, addressing inquiries related to production timelines, product availability, and specifications.
- Coordinate customs clearance and international shipping compliance as needed.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding products, providing comprehensive information about specifications and functionalities.
- Refer complex technical questions to the Engineering department and document conversation details.
- Serve as a liaison to production, engineering, and purchasing teams.
- Initiate proactive outreach to clients to assess their satisfaction with Byrne Electrical products.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Participate in company-wide Customer Service Management events aimed at continuous improvement.
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in customer service.
- Experience in inside sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment requiring patience and adaptability.
- Fluency in foreign languages for international markets is a plus.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
