Position: Medical Office Assistant

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding healthcare facility that excels in providing exceptional patient care. We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Medical Office Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while ensuring patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and preparing patient documentation for appointments.
  • Inputting data into the electronic health record system.
  • Assisting in patient rooming procedures.
  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with EPIC software are advantageous.
