Job Summary

The School Education Manager is a key role within the Learning Care Group, responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of educational programs at our schools. This position requires a strong background in early childhood education, with a focus on curriculum development, staff training, and program evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs that align with the School Readiness Pathway and meet the needs of our students.
  • Staff Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and coaching to school staff members on curriculum implementation, classroom management, and lesson planning.
  • Program Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as an ambassador for the School, communicating with prospective families and stakeholders on all aspects of our educational programs.
  • Accreditation and Compliance: Work with the School Director to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and maintain a positive reputation for the School.
Requirements
  • Education: Must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Elementary, or a related field, and at least two (2) years of experience in an early childhood program with at least two (2) years as a lead teacher.
